Booked a room 5th March 26 for our anniversary. Had a lovely time . Great host , family run business . Breakfast included with price. A bit quiet in Brean due to just opening up sites and shops . But had a lovely time. Thank you for your hospitality. And hope you have a great future with your business. We will be returning in the future. Thank you again .

Really lovely clean rooms with a 10/10 breakfast, welcoming kind staff and the perfect setting for children with the small park and fish pond. My only feedback would be the curtains. The room was lovely and bright, as the front wall and door are all windows, but this did mean that it didn't get fully dark until gone 10pm (if at all) and was very bright by 5am, granted this was exacerbated by having a toddler in tow, so might not bother others as much. We will be back for sure!

We booked our stay at relatively short notice and neither of us had stayed in a B&B before and were a little apprehensive about what to expect. We had a nice welcome and there was loads of good sized parking so no difficulty there. Our room was premium opposite the field and the table and chairs for our use were really clean, it's a lovely place to enjoy a cuppa and soak up the sun.At first I felt the room was a little small but soon felt comfy and to be honest it was more than big enough for two adults. Tea, milk, biccie each, nice clean cups, kettle, spoons and mugs. The towels and bedding were immaculate. Everything really comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, cooked beautifully and very generous. As a plus we also enjoyed talking to the other guests all of whom were singing the praises of the place. We loved it here and will happily come again if they'll have us!

We booked to stay at the Old Rectory on our way to Plymouth from Manchester. They were incredibly accommodating for our late evening arrival, the beds were so comfortable, and he cooked breakfast was delicious! The continental breakfast spread was plentiful, tidy, and all cups/plates/bowls/cutlery was squeaky clean. Service was excellent and the location was lovely! We loved exploring the town, the church, and sea front. Highly recommend!
